Biographical Info

Douglas A. Ready is Senior Lecturer in Organizational Effectiveness at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he focuses on enterprise transformation and building next generation organizations. He is the author of numerous highly popular Harvard Business Review and Sloan Management Review articles and his writings have also appeared in the Financial Times, Business Strategy Review, Fortune and The Wall Street Journal. Doug has been named multiple times as a member of Thinkers50 and he has been inducted into the Thinkers 50 “Hall of Fame”. He recently served as Guest Editor and lead author for Sloan Management Review’s major global research study: The New Leadership Playbook for the Digital Age. Doug has served as Visiting Professor at London Business School and the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at UNC Chapel Hill, and has guest lectured at various universities and companies in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Asia. Professor Ready advises CEOs and top teams on large-scale, enterprise-wide change efforts.
