Emma Caldwell serves as the Program Coordinator for the Leadership Center where she supports all related events, workshops, and activities which includes running the logistics, marketing, and helping to drive the strategy for the MLC’s new iLead Series. In addition, she is responsible for launching and executing the Center’s emerging social media presence, managing the center’s website, and managing the financial responsibilities for the office. Emma is committed to expanding the conversation about leadership at MIT and beyond and is dedicated to ensuring that leadership curriculum and growth opportunities are seamlessly integrated into the MIT Sloan experience for students.
Before joining the Leadership Center, Emma worked as a faculty support specialist at the Harvard Business School.
Emma obtained a B.A. in Public Health and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of Rochester.
