Being an introvert can be both an obstacle and an advantage, according to General Stanley McChrystal, former commander of U.S. and international forces in Afghanistan and of the Joint Special Operations Command and author of “Team of Teams: New Rules of Engagement of a Complex World” in a conversation with Hal Gregersen, Executive Director of the MIT Leadership Center.
