About

Sophie works with the Global Programs team at MIT Sloan, dedicated to enhancing the institution's international engagements. Her role entails planning and executing the Visiting Fellow Programs, fostering invaluable connections and cross-cultural exchanges. Sophie also orchestrates MIT's strategic partnerships with esteemed institutions such as Parthenope, QUT, Tsinghua, Fudan, Lisbon, and Epoch, facilitating collaborative initiatives that transcend borders and advance academic excellence on a global scale.

Before joining the Global Programs office, Sophie served as the Head of Operations at Swissnex Boston, the Consulate of Switzerland, an organization dedicated to fostering exchange in research, education, and innovation between Switzerland and the global community.

Sophie holds a Master of Arts in international project management and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Western Brittany, France. During her master's studies, Sophie contributed significantly to the non-profit sector by working with Positive Plant US, where she led the "Accelerator Hub Project," an online mentoring program geared toward minority-owned businesses.
