Vian Ismail

Hello! I'm Vian Ismail, the Administrative Assistant II at the REAP program. My post-college career has been dedicated to higher education, specializing in international student support. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in international higher education.

In my previous role at Massachusetts General Hospital, I encountered many impactful experiences with international students that have fueled my interest in researching international students with disabilities and their experience accessing accommodations in higher education. The impact of my research and efforts is directed toward creating new policies that enhance the experience of international students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, learning new languages, and dancing ballet.
